He is the author of four bestselling books Lunchbox Express, Dinner Express, Lunchbox Boss and Air Fryer Express which gave George the honour of being Australia’s Number 1 author back in 2021. George’s 5th book Tonight’s Dinner, Tomorrow’s Lunchbox is his first international release due out in August. George was a proud ambassador for Jamie’s Ministry of Food and also has been crowned ‘most inspiring lunch creator in the world’ by the American Express magazine, and regularly travels around Australia and internationally showcasing brands either on live Television or at Food and Wine Festivals. With over 75 live Television segments, entertaining whilst showcasing his creative recipes is what George thrives on.
