Gina’s Table

Gina’s Table is part of SSS Strawberries, a family-owned strawberry farm run by the second-generation Dang family—Victor, Toan, Gina, Tam, Lilly, Rena, Cindy, and Trinity. 

Established in 2001 in Western Australia and relocated to Queensland in 2006, SSS Strawberries has grown into one of the largest strawberry growers in Australia. With over 350 acres, it is also one of the biggest employers in Bundaberg, with more than 300 staff during peak season. 

As the second-largest strawberry grower in Australia, SSS Strawberries is revolutionizing the food industry with a state-of-the-art freeze-drying facility and freeze-dried product line, Gina’s Table™. 

This innovation addresses the significant food waste caused by supermarket standards for strawberry size, shape, and color while producing nutrient-rich, preservative-free, freeze-dried fruits.
