Celebrated chefs Luke Hines and Juan De la Cruz will be hosting live gluten free cooking demonstrations and 4x Olympic gold medallist Ariarne Titmus will be there to share her personal story of managing a gluten free diet while training, travelling, winning gold medals and enjoying gluten free life!
