Cassandra Young is an experienced professional with a diverse career in the culinary and kitchen appliance industries. After studying commercial cookery, Cassandra worked in various restaurants and cafes before transitioning to selling kitchen appliances in 2009. This new direction led to extensive training in running cooking demonstrations, where Cassandra found a true passion for educating others.
Over the years, Cassandra has had the opportunity to travel across Australia, demonstrating and training at major events such as the Good Food & Wine Show, Meatstock, and Flower & Garden Shows. Cassandra has also worked alongside the renowned Heston Blumenthal and his team at The Fat Duck, as well as iconic chefs like Neil Perry and Bart Beek.
Currently, Cassandra is with Smeg, after previously working for Winning Appliances, Shriro, and Asko. With over 15 years of experience in kitchen appliance demonstrations and training, Cassandra is known for being passionate, engaging, and dedicated to sharing the love of cooking with others. Whether it’s in a demonstration or one-on-one training session, Cassandra always brings energy, expertise, and a genuine love for the culinary arts.
