Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email (E-tickets). You can either print these tickets or present them on your phone or tablet at the event for scanning at the entrance. Your e-ticket will be sent immediately after your purchase is completed.
Any processing or credit card fees will be clearly indicated during the purchase process. If there are no fees shown, it means your purchase is fee-free.
Refunds and returns are governed by the policies of Gluten Free Cook. All transactions are final, with no refunds allowed unless mandated by law. If the event is canceled, refunds will be issued to ticket holders. For postponed events, your tickets will be valid for the new dates.
All transactions are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and credit card information. Payments are processed directly through Stripe, and your credit card details will not be stored on our servers.

By participating,you agree to accept marketing materials from the event organizer andacknowledge that you are providing consent for us to communicate with you inaccordance with spam compliance regulations.
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and consentto onsite photography and videography for marketing purposes by Gluten FreeCook. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please inform our eventsteam onsite or email [email protected] advance. Unauthorized photography is strictly prohibited and may result inremoval from the event and deletion of content.
Canvassing is not permitted at the event. Any individualsfound engaging in canvassing activities will be removed from the event.
By entering your details, you agree to the terms listedbelow. Scanning your QR code at any exhibitor’s stand indicates your consentfor your details to be shared with them, subject to their terms and conditions.

I indemnify Gluten Free Cook against all claims, exceptin cases of fraud. Liability for any claims arising from this agreement willnot exceed $50. I agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein and theassociated disclaimer.

By participating in The Gluten Free Show, you acknowledge that photography and videography will take place during the event. Requests for official photography related to your business may be sent to the event organizers at [email protected] . Unauthorized photography is prohibited and may lead to removal from the event.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your participation in the event. The following cancellation terms apply:
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund less a 20% administrative and logistics fee.
– Cancellations made between 30 to 20 days prior will result in forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.
– Cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the event will result in forfeiture of 100% of the contracted commitment/booking.
The notice period refers to days leading up to the bump-in day, not the event commencement or conclusion. No exhibitor, partner, or advertiser will be permitted onsite unless full payment has been received. Non-participation due to this clause does not waive the obligation to make full payment. If debt collection is necessary, all administrative collection and recovery costs, both internal and external, will be passed onto the exhibitor, partner, or advertiser. This may also include additional interest calculated at +10% per 30 days (trailing) post due date outside of specified fees.
Exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers are required to provide public and product liability and indemnity insurance to the value of $20 million. A certificate of currency must be submitted to the event organizer 14 days prior to the event. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the inability to bump in and attend onsite, and the cancellation policy will be enforced with full terms and conditions applied.
All food sampling and handling must comply with food safety laws and guidelines. Participants must adhere to all requests specified by the venue and event organizer.
Canvassing for any business other than the primary business and trading name specified on the booking form is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in removal from the event.
You agree to comply with trading practices that meet and comply with both state and federal consumer trading laws, policies, and guidelines. You indemnify and waive any responsibility of the event organizer where your business has not acted in accordance with these laws, policies, and guidelines.
Exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers must comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines and agree to participate in inductions enforced by the venue and/or event organizer prior to or during the event. Failure to comply will result in the application of full terms and conditions for non-participation or attendance.
Any branding or marketing materials that reference the event name, including logos, require full permission from the event organizers. Please direct requests to [email protected].
Competitions and data collection may be conducted onsite, and must comply with applicable laws and management policies enforced by state and federal consumer and business regulators. By engaging in such activities, you waive Gluten Free Cook from any liability related to the conduct of these activities.
A Working with Children Check may be requested by the event organizer. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers to ensure compliance with legal law enforcement requirements to ensure public safety.
