We are delighted to have Mama Melisse as an exhibitor and serving up Melbourne’s best street eat at our gluten-free expo in Geelong.

We make the multi award winning Mama Melisse Hot Sauce and Mustard.
Awarded the Australian Sauce of the Year and Australia’s Best Hot Sauce at the Australian BBQ Awards at Meatstock 2024.
Awarded Best Hot Sauce at the 2025 Herb and Chilli Festival.
Our products are made from a 100+ year old Sri Lankan family recipe. Mama Melisse is Gluten Free and vegan friendly.
Mama Melisse Hot Sauce is delicious on its own or it can be used as a glaze, cooking ingredient or mixed with mayonnaise, yoghurt or cream cheese for a tasty treat.
The family are extraordinarily talented as Melisse’s brother was a chef for the King of Saudi.
